  • Participants must attend all sessions and complete all assignments, including passing quizzes and practical assessments, to successfully complete the course.
  • If a participant misses a scheduled training session, they must notify the Trainer by email. Make-up assignments must be requested within 24 hours of the absence, and once assigned, completed within 48 hours to stay on track with the cohort. Requests submitted late or absences exceeding allowable training hours may result in denial of make-up work.
  • A 10-minute grace period will be given each day before training. Inform your trainer if you will be any later than the grace period given or if you must leave early.
  • All cameras must remain on throughout the training session.
  • To get the most out of the class, please engage, share, and interact actively. It is recommended that you join the session on a desktop computer for the best experience. Allow one person to speak at a time and give time for everyone to finish their comments and stories.
  • Utilize the "raise hand" button if you have any questions or comments.
  • Refrain from any vulgar language, curse words, or anything that may be disrespectful/offensive.
  • No sexually suggestive comments/language. Dress and present yourself appropriately.
  • Use the direct message feature to relay any personal information to the trainer.
  • Breaking any of these policies and procedures may result in you being removed from the course.
