Peer Workforce Development Program

Participants in the Peer Workforce Development Program may be eligible to receive milestone-based incentive payments and supportive service stipends for successful completion of program activities.

Total potential payments may exceed $600 within a calendar year.

Important Tax Information

Under Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations:
  • Participants who receive $600 or more in total incentive and/or stipend payments within a calendar year will be issued a Form 1099-NEC by Parents Anonymous Inc.
  • These payments may be considered taxable income.
  • Participants are responsible for consulting with a tax professional regarding reporting requirements and any tax liability.
Parents Anonymous Inc. does not withhold federal or state taxes from incentive or stipend payments.

Voluntary Participation and Right to Decline Payment

Receipt of stipends and incentive payments is voluntary.

  3. I understand that I am responsible for any applicable tax reporting and obligations.
  4. I understand I may decline any stipend or incentive payment.
